Each Palisade connector maps the client’s domains to a group, but your PSA determines the ticket destination and billing object. Review the connector’s permissions and mappings before rollout.
| PSA | Domain discovery | Ticket destination | Billing quantity |
|---|---|---|---|
| ConnectWise PSA | Company contact email addresses | Service board, type and subtype | Agreement additions |
| Autotask | Company contact email addresses | Ticket queue, issue and sub-issue type | Contract-service units |
| HaloPSA | Main-site user/contact email addresses | Ticket type and support team | Software-license counts |
Client and configuration data flows from the PSA into Palisade. Palisade sends task status updates and billable domain quantities to the mapped PSA records. Your technicians approve DNS and policy changes before they are applied.

PSA integration questions
Which DMARC tools integrate with ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA?
Palisade integrates with ConnectWise PSA, Autotask and HaloPSA on MSP accounts. All three connectors support client domain import, DMARC task tickets and billing-quantity synchronization. ConnectWise uses agreement additions, Autotask uses contract-service units, and HaloPSA uses software-license counts.
Can I use PSA integrations on Palisade’s Free plan?
Palisade PSA integrations require an MSP account. A standard Free or IT-team account does not by itself enable the connectors. The MSP program includes your own MSP domain as a free Not-For-Resale license.
Does connecting a PSA change my clients’ DNS?
Connecting a PSA imports client information and enables the task and billing mappings you configure. Palisade’s agent prepares DNS and policy changes for a technician to review and approve before they are applied.
Is Sherweb a PSA integration?
Sherweb is a Palisade marketplace and distribution partner. Sherweb is a route to purchase and access Palisade; ConnectWise PSA, Autotask and HaloPSA are the native PSA connectors for client, ticket and billing workflows.
Building a custom workflow?
The Palisade API and MCP documentation cover programmatic domain management. Webhooks send events to an endpoint you control for workflows beyond the native PSA connectors.
