Paid IT team plans are a flat monthly price sized by how much email you send, from $19/month for up to 100,000 emails a month and 2 set-up domains, rising to 20 set-up domains on the top tier. Adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited on every plan; billing gates at DMARC setup. MSPs pay per client domain, with rates based on portfolio size and a free NFR domain. Enterprise covers custom volume and terms.

One domain you own, up to 1,000 emails a month, and 14 days of report history. The agent reads your DMARC reports, classifies your senders and names every problem it finds. A registered domain you're enforcing DMARC on (for example, clientco.com). Subdomains are covered under the parent domain, you're not charged per subdomain. Only set-up domains count against your tier — adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited.

IT teams protects your own organization's domains with a flat monthly price by email volume. MSP is for client portfolios: per-client-domain pricing that improves as the portfolio grows, the true multi-tenant dashboard, white-label client reports, native PSA integrations and a free NFR domain, starting with a 15-day trial.

Your first domain is free forever on the Free plan, up to 1,000 emails a month, and the trial opens the full product so you can set up as many domains as you want. After the trial you pay for a tier whose set-up domain count covers what you keep (Enterprise past 20).
