Every self-serve plan starts with a 15-day full-product trial. IT team plans are a flat monthly price sized by how much email you send, from $19/month for up to 100,000 emails a month and 2 set-up domains, rising to 20 set-up domains on the top tier. Adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited on every plan; only set-up domains count against your tier. MSPs pay per client domain at rates that improve as the portfolio grows, shown when you sign up, with a minimum of 5 client domains for new accounts and a free NFR domain on top. Enterprise covers custom volume and terms.

The email your domains send, as observed in DMARC aggregate reports, the same reports Palisade already analyzes for you. Not sure what you send? Start the trial and Palisade counts it for you within a couple of days.

A registered domain you're enforcing DMARC on (for example, clientco.com). Subdomains are covered under the parent domain, you're not charged per subdomain. Only set-up domains count against your tier — adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited.

Choose IT teams if the domains are your own organization's: you pay a flat monthly price by email volume. Choose MSP if you run DMARC for clients on domains you manage for other organizations: you pay per client domain at rates shown when you sign up, new accounts are billed for a minimum of 5 client domains, and you get the multi-tenant dashboard, white-label client reports, native PSA integrations and a free NFR domain, starting with a 15-day trial. MSP rates apply to client domains you manage for other organizations; your own organization's domains belong on an IT-team plan.

Start the 15-day trial like any team, then request MSP access in the app. We check your company website, with no sales call, and approved MSPs see their rates in the app and switch on the card already on file. The per-client-domain rate improves as your portfolio grows, new MSP accounts are billed for a minimum of 5 client domains, and your own MSP domain is free as a Not-For-Resale license.

Nothing happens to your mail flow: Palisade only reads DMARC reports, so nothing is ever blocked, dropped or rate-limited. If your sending grows past your tier, we'll ask you to move up to the next one. No overage fees, no surprise charges.

There are no per-seat fees: add your whole team at no extra cost, on every plan. IT team plans have no minimum beyond the tier you pick. New MSP accounts are billed for a minimum of 5 client domains; the MSP's own NFR domain stays free on top.

Yes. You add a card at checkout to start the 15-day full-product trial, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you a week before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in Billing. Signing up and auditing your domains take no card; the card is what starts the trial. After the trial you pay for a tier whose set-up domain count covers what you keep (Enterprise past 20).
