How quickly will someone get back to me?

Can I get a free email security audit?
Yes. Pick “Sales & demo”, add your domain, and ask for the audit in your message. We look at your SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI setup and send back the specific next steps to get to enforcement. There's no charge and no obligation.
I'm an MSP. Do you offer partner pricing and white-label reporting?
We do. Palisade is built for MSPs first. Partners pay per client domain, with rates based on portfolio size and no email metering on client domains. The MSP plan also includes white-label client reporting, multi-tenant management, PSA integrations for ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA, and a free NFR licence for your own domain. Choose “MSP partnership” and tell us roughly how many client domains you manage.
I'm already a customer and something is broken. Is this the right place?
It is, choose “Technical support” and include the affected domain so we can look at your records before we reply. If you have a dashboard login, mentioning the account name helps us find you faster.
Can you help me move over from another DMARC platform?

How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email hello@palisade.email with “Security” in the subject line, or use this form and choose “Press & other”. Please include enough detail to reproduce the issue. We'll acknowledge it and keep you posted on the fix.
