Paid IT team plans are a flat monthly price sized by how much email you send, from $19/month for up to 100,000 emails a month and 2 set-up domains, rising to 10 set-up domains on the 1M tier. Adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited on every plan; billing gates at DMARC setup. MSPs pay per client domain, with rates based on portfolio size and a free NFR domain. Enterprise covers custom volume and terms.

The email your domains send, as observed in DMARC aggregate reports, the same reports Palisade already analyzes for you. Not sure what you send? Start the trial and Palisade counts it for you within a couple of days.

A registered domain you're enforcing DMARC on (for example, clientco.com). Subdomains are covered under the parent domain, you're not charged per subdomain. Only set-up domains count against your tier — adding domains to monitor is free and unlimited.

No. There's no credit card at signup, and the 15-day free trial doesn't take one either. Your first domain is free forever on the Free plan, up to 1,000 emails a month, and the trial opens the full product so you can set up as many domains as you want. After the trial you pay for a tier whose set-up domain count covers what you keep (Enterprise past 10).

You can keep one domain on the Free plan if it stays within 1,000 emails a month. IT teams can pick from the published email-volume tiers. MSP and Enterprise customers can talk with us about portfolio size or custom requirements before choosing a plan.
