Why Sherweb added Palisade to its marketplace for MSPs
In brief
Sherweb, a cloud marketplace with more than 7,500 partners, sells Palisade to MSPs. Why it added DMARC, what partners get, and how to buy.

The short version: Sherweb, a cloud marketplace with more than 7,500 partners across Canada, the United States, Ireland and the United Kingdom, announced Palisade on its marketplace in December 2025. MSPs who already buy their software through Sherweb can get Palisade there. MSPs who don't can start with Palisade directly. Sherweb is a distribution partner, not a customer: it sells Palisade to MSPs, and the MSPs protect their clients' domains with it.
“MSPs are managing more client domains than ever, and manual email authentication just doesn't scale. Palisade removes the technical complexity and time drain from DMARC compliance, giving our partners a way to deliver real protection and improved deliverability to every client they serve.”
— Benji Germain, Vice President of Product at Sherweb
Why a cloud marketplace added DMARC
Sherweb has connected businesses with IT solutions since 1998, and its partners are MSPs who resell software to their own clients. Those partners were running into the same problem at once. Gmail and Yahoo began requiring bulk senders to authenticate their mail in February 2024, Outlook followed in May 2025. Every client domain that sends at volume now needs SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and kept working, and every domain needs at least SPF or DKIM.
Done by hand, that is a DNS change per client, a stream of daily reports to read, and a fresh check every time a client adds a sending tool. Sherweb's launch release put the need plainly: MSPs had to secure their clients' email domains "without the manual complexity typically associated with implementing email authentication protocols like DMARC." Benji Germain's line above is the short version of the same point.
Sherweb chose Palisade for that job and announced it in a release dated 12 December 2025.

What Sherweb partners get
Sherweb's Palisade listing names the components partners get. Here is what the main ones do in practice:
- An AI DMARC agent. It reads every DMARC report for every client domain, finds each sender, and opens a ticket with the fix. You approve each change before anything ships.
- One dashboard for every client. Domains sit in client groups, with the policy, stage and open work for each one in view.
- Hosted records. Palisade can host a domain's SPF and DMARC records, so a sender change is an approval rather than another DNS edit.
- Deployment through your DNS provider. Sign in to the client's DNS provider once, or connect a Cloudflare, GoDaddy or Route 53 account, then approve the records instead of copying them in by hand.
- White-label prospecting reports. Turn any prospect's domain into a branded report that opens a sales conversation.
- PSA integrations. ConnectWise PSA, Autotask and HaloPSA, so the agent's tickets land in your service desk.
Buying through Sherweb, or direct
Pick the route that matches how you already buy.
- If you buy through Sherweb today, get Palisade from the Sherweb marketplace listing, next to the rest of what you resell.
- If you don't, start with your own domain. Your MSP's own domain is a free Not-For-Resale domain on Palisade, so you can watch the agent and its tickets work before you put a client on it. Get your free NFR domain or book a call with a founder.

Flotek Group, a UK MSP, sells Palisade to its clients under its own brand, with a free domain check on its website and live DMARC status in its partner portal. Read how Flotek built it.
