Why Flotek offers DMARC
Flotek sees email authentication as part of the modern security stack, next to firewalls, endpoint protection and MFA. AI has made a fake email from a client's own domain cheap to send and hard to spot, and DMARC is what blocks it once a domain is enforced. So Flotek built a service to offer every client, at one monthly price per domain.
To find the software behind it, Flotek asked Claude for the best DMARC software for MSPs, and Claude named Palisade. The team tried it on flotek.io first: on 25 August, Flotek signed up, added its domain and made its first branded report, all within 12 minutes.
How Flo Verified Mail runs on Palisade
Flo Verified Mail is white label, with Flotek's name on it. Palisade reads every DMARC report, tracks each sender, opens a ticket with the fix, and hosts the SPF and DMARC records. Flotek's engineers approve every genuine sender and move each domain to full protection in stages.
Flotek uses Palisade in three places:
- A free check on flotek.io. Anyone types in a domain and gets a score in about 20 seconds, with no sign-up, and a report carrying Flotek's name: a verdict, then four steps and a deadline.
- Live status in the Flotek Partner Portal. Existing partners see each domain's policy, score, volume and the work ahead, drawn from the Palisade API, without leaving Flotek's site.
- Reports from a chat with Claude. Jay connected Claude to Palisade's MCP server. He asks for a prospecting report in the conversation, and the link comes back ready to send.
From first contact to live in weeks
There was no big project. Flotek went live in steps, its own domain first.
Flotek's September feedback reshaped Palisade's prospecting report for everyone. The verdict now sits on the cover, the steps run in order to a deadline, and you can pick a currency, pounds included.
