Kevlarr vs Palisade in 2026

Kevlarr combines free DMARC monitoring, AI filtering, a DMARC implementation wizard, and a multi-tenant MSP dashboard. Palisade uses an approval-based AI agent to investigate senders, draft authentication fixes, and propose each policy step for review.

Our verdict: Kevlarr is a credible fit for an MSP that wants free monitoring, AI-filtered DMARC data, customer separation, white-label reports, and an API-first integration path. Palisade is the better fit when the product itself should investigate senders, draft SPF and DKIM fixes, and propose the move to p=reject for your approval instead of leaving the implementation work with your team or a service engagement.

The scorecard

Palisade 96 vs Kevlarr 76, and why

Both products are scored on the same eight dimensions the comparison hub uses, so the figures here are the figures there. Four are derived from vendor facts that each carry a source and a checked date. Four are editorial, marked as such below, and each states its reasoning and its source.

Each dimension is out of 10 and the total is the raw sum out of 80, rescaled to 100 — the raw figure is printed beside it so the conversion is checkable rather than a black box. Scored on what each vendor publishes, not on how the product feels in use. Editorial dimensions last reviewed 2026-08-30.

Guidance vs approved execution

Kevlarr's wizard and AI filtering leave a different handoff

Kevlarr's public product story starts with monitoring and triage. Its DMARC monitoring pages describe a view of the parties and systems sending or forwarding mail on a domain's behalf. The partner page adds AI filtering for spoofing and forwarded-email noise, then a DMARC implementation wizard that focuses each customer on the domains requiring attention, starting with the most urgent issues. The current DMARC AI feature page describes the same general shape as a workflow engine with clear actions and DNS guidance. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26) Source 3 (2026-08-26)

Kevlarr domain results showing DKIM outcomes, sender and country totals, and guidance for failed authentication
Kevlarr, from its own site

That is genuine parity on the evidence and guidance layer. The distinction is the handoff after a sender or record issue appears. Kevlarr's older DMARC page says Basic Monitoring presents the data and leaves analysis and action to the user. Its full-service option puts recurring analysis and source identification with Kevlarr specialists. The public material does not describe an agent that investigates each sender, drafts the SPF or DKIM fix, and places the next policy step in an approval queue. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

Palisade handles that work differently. The agent investigates every sender, drafts every fix, and proposes each policy step. Your team approves before anything ships. It can analyze aggregate reports, identify sender and alignment issues, draft SPF and DKIM changes, file prioritized tickets, detect policy readiness, and carry a domain toward p=reject with each step approved. For a team with many domains, the question is whether the platform leaves a cleaner queue or leaves the investigation and drafting on the operator side. Source (2026-08-26)

Free access vs price certainty

What Kevlarr publishes about free monitoring and MSP pricing

Kevlarr makes the entry point easy to understand. Its free monitoring page says organizations can receive periodic reports and notifications, request reports when needed, and see which trusted systems or unauthorized parties send mail for the domain. The separate sign-up page says free monitoring is limited to the user's own domains and directs MSPs to a special offer. That distinction matters: the free page is a useful way to inspect a domain, but it is not a published multi-client rate card. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

The paid path is less concrete in public. Kevlarr names AI-powered Advanced Monitoring and Full-service email security on its DMARC page, and the MSP page lists the partner dashboard, training, specialists, API-first integration, SSO, and white-label reporting. The public pricing page does not show paid amounts in its page text. The partner page says to contact Kevlarr about MSP pricing. The terms page mentions current rates and a €150 hourly rate for additional consultancy, but that does not establish a monitoring subscription price. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26) Source 3 (2026-08-26) Source 4 (2026-08-26)

Palisade gives an IT team a rate card it can model before a sales conversation. The Free plan covers one domain and up to 1,000 emails/month. Paid IT tiers use flat monthly email-volume pricing, and only the number of new domains set up in a subscription tier is capped. Domain adding stays free and unlimited. MSPs receive portfolio-based per-client-domain pricing, a free NFR domain for their own organization, and no client email metering. Kevlarr may still be the right commercial fit, but the quote needs to answer the limits that its public pages leave open. Source (2026-08-26)

Service engagement vs agent-led remediation

Kevlarr's MSP dashboard is the clearest fit

Kevlarr is unusually direct about the MSP operating surface. The partner page describes a multi-tenant dashboard where an MSP can onboard and manage customers, domains, users, and monitoring subscriptions. The MSP can decide whether a customer sees its own environment and PDF reports. Kevlarr also advertises a white-label option that applies the MSP's logo and color codes to customer dashboards and reports. Those are meaningful parity points for a provider that sells reporting as part of a managed service. Source (2026-08-26)

Multi-tenant solution
Palisade

The same page describes training and access to Kevlarr specialists when an MSP lacks the knowledge or employee time to complete an implementation. That creates a clear service-assisted route. A provider that wants a partner relationship around rollout and client reporting can find that model attractive. The tradeoff is that the public materials do not spell out the boundary between software, specialist help, and billable consultancy. Ask who owns sender investigation, DNS changes, new-sender review, and recurring customer communications in the quote and statement of work. Source (2026-08-26)

Palisade's MSP angle is more agent-led. Client domains can sit in a portfolio, but the core value is the work the agent prepares before the operator reviews it. It investigates senders, drafts authentication changes, files prioritized tickets, and proposes policy readiness. Palisade also supports ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Autotask for MSP accounts. Kevlarr advertises API-first integration and SSO, but it does not publish those named PSA connectors on the pages reviewed today. An MSP should choose based on its existing service desk and on how much hands-on remediation it wants to retain. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

  3. Proposes the policy step. Moves toward p=reject when the evidence supports it. You approve before anything ships.

API flexibility vs implementation certainty

The API-first promise stops short of a public integration catalog

Kevlarr says its application is built on an API-first principle. The partner page says an MSP can integrate the full dashboard or selected parts into its own application, connect its user database and access-control model, and use the SSO module. The current DMARC AI site also advertises full API access for sending data to a PSA or custom management portal. That makes integration a stated part of the product direction. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

What Kevlarr does not publish on the public pages reviewed today is a named connector catalog or public API reference that lets a buyer check endpoints, permissions, rate limits, webhook events, or supported PSA objects before the conversation. That is an information gap, not a claim that the API cannot do those things. If your onboarding depends on a particular client-management or billing workflow, ask for the current API documentation and test the exact write path before committing to an integration build. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

Palisade keeps the operational boundary visible. Its customer authenticates to the DNS provider in that provider's own window. Palisade does not receive DNS credentials, access is scoped to email-authentication records, and the connection is revocable. Hosted records are a separate CNAME delegation path, while Smart DNS Deployment writes approved records into the customer's own zone. That distinction lets a buyer compare Kevlarr's API and specialist-assisted model with Palisade's approval-led DNS workflow without treating either product as a black box. Source (2026-08-26)

Dashboard access vs programmatic access

Kevlarr's API-first MSP pitch lists no public MCP server

Kevlarr promotes an API-first integration model on its MSP partner page. It says an MSP can integrate the full dashboard or parts of it into its own application, then connect its user database and access-control model through SSO. The same page advertises AI-driven filters that omit irrelevant data, including monitoring data related to spoof attacks and forwarded emails. Its public partner page and site map do not advertise a public REST or GraphQL reference, plan-specific API access, an MCP server, an AI-assistant integration, scheduled exports, or webhooks (checked 2026-08-27). Source (2026-08-27) Source 2 (2026-08-27)

Kevlarr pricing explained (and how Palisade compares)

Kevlarr publishes a free DMARC monitoring path and describes separate advanced monitoring, full-service email security, and MSP offerings. How Kevlarr prices

  • The free monitoring page says the offer has no strings attached for non-commercial use. The sign-up page says free monitoring is for the user's own domain or domains and asks MSPs to contact Kevlarr about a special offer.
  • The Dutch pricing page was checked in English mode. It presents a pricing page and directs ICT partners and MSPs to the partner route, but it does not expose paid plan amounts in the public page text.
  • Kevlarr's partner page says MSP pricing should be requested directly. Its terms mention that services use current rates and list €150 per hour for additional consultancy, but that is a consultancy rate, not a published monitoring plan price.
  • No paid-plan retention, domain, email-volume, or trial-duration limits are published on the pricing and product pages reviewed today. Confirm those limits in the quote before modelling a fleet.

How Palisade prices

  • Palisade publishes a Free plan for one domain and up to 1,000 emails/month, then flat IT-team plans of $19, $29, $59, $99, and $249/month by email volume, with 20% off annually. New paid subscriptions cap set-up domains at 2, 3, 6, 10, and 20 respectively, while adding domains remains free and unlimited.
  • Palisade's MSP model is portfolio-based per client domain, with a rate that improves as the portfolio grows, no public dollar rate card, and the MSP's own domain included as a free Not-For-Resale license.
  • Palisade includes unlimited report retention on paid plans, API access on every plan, and a 15-day full-product trial with no credit card required. Kevlarr's public pages do not publish equivalent paid-plan limits or a trial duration.
  • Compare the work model as well as the price. Kevlarr gives an MSP a dashboard, filters, reports, and integration surfaces. Palisade's agent investigates senders, drafts fixes, and proposes policy steps for approval.

Kevlarr · Overview

Kevlarr combines free DMARC monitoring, AI filtering, a DMARC implementation wizard, and a multi-tenant MSP dashboard. It identifies sending parties and systems, filters spoofing and forwarded-email noise, and guides DNS work toward enforcement. Its Basic Monitoring path presents data in a dashboard, while AI-powered Advanced Monitoring adds filtering that surfaces what needs attention.

Kevlarr publishes free own-domain monitoring and describes separate Advanced Monitoring, full-service email security, and MSP offerings. Its MSP dashboard manages customers, domains, users, monitoring subscriptions, client environments, PDF reports, white-label branding, SSO, and API-first integration. Public pages direct MSPs to contact Kevlarr for pricing and do not publish paid amounts in page text.

Palisade · Overview

Palisade is built around an agent that does the DMARC work rather than reporting on it. It identifies every sending source, drafts the SPF and DKIM changes each one needs, and proposes the next policy step when the evidence supports it.

The agent investigates every sender, drafts every fix, and proposes each policy step, you approve before anything ships.

Kevlarr · What it covers
  • Provides wizard-led DNS steps from monitoring to enforcement
  • Provides daily sender reports that show sending parties and systems
  • Provides record correctness checks for DMARC and SPF
  • Provides spoofing and forwarding filters for report data
  • Provides a separate customer dashboard for multi-tenant management
Palisade · What it covers
  • The agent investigates senders and drafts the fix, so the work arrives prepared rather than as a list of findings
  • Hosted SPF, DKIM and DMARC on redundant managed DNS, so an approved change can be carried out rather than handed off
  • Portfolio workflow for MSPs, with ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Autotask integrations and a free NFR domain
  • An MCP server and a REST API, so the same data and workflow are reachable from the AI tools a team already uses
Kevlarr · Where it stops
  • Does not advertise an approval agent that prepares sender fixes and policy steps
  • Does not advertise named ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask connectors
  • Does not publish a paid-plan report-retention term
  • Does not publish redundant DNS architecture or a DNS availability SLA
  • Does not advertise a public REST or GraphQL API reference
Palisade · Where it stops
  • Every policy change waits for a human approval, by design: nothing ships on the agent's own authority
  • MSP pricing is quoted per client domain rather than published as a rate card
  • Plans are sized by monthly email volume, so a low-domain, high-volume sender lands on a higher tier than domain count alone suggests

Questions

Palisade vs Kevlarr: FAQ

Is Kevlarr a DMARC monitoring platform?

Yes. Kevlarr publishes free DMARC monitoring that shows which parties and systems send or forward mail for a domain. Its product pages also describe DMARC analysis, SPF and DKIM checks, AI filtering, an implementation wizard, and advanced monitoring options.

How much does Kevlarr cost?

Kevlarr publicly offers free monitoring, but the paid Advanced Monitoring, Full-service email security, and MSP prices are not displayed on the pricing page text reviewed on 2026-08-26. Kevlarr directs MSPs to contact the company for pricing. Ask for domain, retention, volume, support, and consultancy terms in the quote.

Does Kevlarr have an MSP platform?

Yes. Kevlarr advertises a multi-tenant partner dashboard for customers, domains, users, and monitoring subscriptions. MSPs can control customer environments and PDF reports, use white-label branding, access training and specialists, and integrate through an API-first path with SSO.

Does Kevlarr provide an AI enforcement agent?

Kevlarr advertises AI filtering, AI-powered advanced monitoring, an AI assistant, and workflow guidance. Its public pages reviewed for this comparison do not advertise an agent that investigates every sender, drafts every authentication fix, and proposes each policy step for approval. Palisade's agentic workflow is built around that handoff.

Does Kevlarr offer free monitoring?

Yes. Kevlarr says free monitoring includes periodic reports and notifications, with reports available on request. The sign-up page says the free offer is for monitoring the user's own domains and directs MSPs to contact Kevlarr about its partner offering.

What should an MSP confirm before switching from Kevlarr?

Confirm the paid domain and retention limits, report and customer permissions, API endpoints, PSA or billing connectors, support boundaries, DNS ownership, and who performs sender investigation and remediation. Run both reporting destinations during the transition, and keep the DNS owner responsible for approving each record change.

Switching from Kevlarr takes three steps

  1. 1

    Batch-import your domains

Bring your client domains into Palisade in bulk, or let your ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask integration sync them automatically.

  2. 2

    Run both platforms in parallel

DMARC reporting supports multiple recipients, so Palisade and Kevlarr receive the same reports during the overlap window. Nothing breaks while you compare.

  3. 3

Cut DNS over on your schedule

Point records at Palisade's hosted infrastructure (redundant managed DNS), then retire the old setup when you're satisfied.

Our onboarding team handles the technical transition with you.
