One portfolio

Use the same playbook for every client

The steps stay familiar. The client details and approval decisions stay specific to each domain.

See every client in one place

Group clients and give each teammate only the access they need.

Bring clients in from your PSA

Import domains from ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, or HaloPSA instead of rebuilding the list by hand.

Repeat the process, not the guesswork

Use the same stages for every domain while a technician reviews each important change.

Portfolio visibility

Open a client and see the sending activity behind the work

Client evidence, not another dashboard summary.Open the domain, review its senders, and use the same evidence in the client conversation.
Client lifecycle

Five clear stages for every client

Each domain follows the same path and moves forward when your technician says it is ready.

DNS operations

Choose the right DNS setup for each client

Host selected records in Palisade or keep them in the client's DNS zone. Either way, the client keeps its DNS provider.

Your team chooses the setup and reviews every important change before it is published.

Choose the record setup domain by domain.Hosted record controls live alongside the rest of the client domain; your technician still reviews important DNS changes.
PSA integrations

Bring in the client list you already trust

Connect your PSA so your team does not have to maintain the same list twice.

FAQ

Questions MSP teams ask

Straight answers about rollout, service delivery, and who approves each change.

Can every client be managed from one Palisade account?

Palisade can manage every client from one MSP account. Client groups, permissions, client access, and role-based controls keep each client separate inside one portfolio.

Which PSA integrations are available?

Palisade integrates with ConnectWise PSA, Autotask, and HaloPSA for MSP accounts. You can start with the client list your team already maintains there.

Do all client domains move to enforcement at the same time?

Each client domain moves to enforcement when it is ready. Palisade prepares the evidence and next step, and your technician approves enforcement after reviewing legitimate senders.

What is the difference between Hosted DNS and connected provider deployment?

Hosted DNS uses an SPF include and CNAME delegation for DMARC, DKIM, BIMI, and MTA-STS. Connected provider deployment keeps approved records in the client's own DNS zone. In both cases, the client keeps its DNS provider and your team reviews important changes.

How does pricing scale with the client portfolio?

MSP pricing is per client domain, and the rate improves as the portfolio grows. Email volume is not metered, and your own MSP domain is included as a free Not-For-Resale domain.
