DMARC 25 vs Palisade in 2026

DMARC 25, officially DMARC/25 Analyze, is a cloud service from TwoFive for collecting, visualizing, and analyzing DMARC authentication reports. Palisade adds an agentic operating model: its agent investigates senders, drafts authentication fixes, and proposes each policy step for your approval.

Our verdict: Pick DMARC 25 if you want a consultative, report-analysis service with detailed authentication views, policy simulation, alerts, and a one-month trial. Pick Palisade if you want an AI agent to carry investigation and configuration work toward p=reject while your team remains the approval gate.

Best for Teams wanting report analysis and optional consulting

Best for MSPs and IT teams responsible for multiple domains

  • You want a cloud report-analysis service with domain groups, sender-host views, DMARC/SPF/DKIM/ARC result charts, and configurable daily alerts.
  • You prefer a product that pairs the dashboard with optional consulting, DMARC introduction support, or SPF management services from the vendor.
  • You are comfortable requesting a quote because DMARC 25's public pages name Standard and Professional plans but do not publish monetary prices.
  • You want to keep DMARC reporting alongside an existing setup, since TwoFive documents multiple report destinations, forwarding, and historical report upload.
  • You want an AI agent to investigate every sender, draft SPF and DKIM fixes, and propose each policy step toward p=reject.
  • You want your team to approve every change before it ships while the agent carries the analysis and configuration work.
  • You manage internal or client domains and want a hosted workflow with native ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Autotask integrations for MSP accounts.
  • You want predictable pricing choices: flat monthly IT-team plans by sending volume or portfolio-based MSP pricing by client domain.

The scorecard

Palisade 96 vs DMARC 25 38, and why

Both products are scored on the same eight dimensions the comparison hub uses, so the figures here are the figures there. Four are derived from vendor facts that each carry a source and a checked date. Four are editorial, marked as such below, and each states its reasoning and its source.

Each dimension is out of 10 and the total is the raw sum out of 80, rescaled to 100 — the raw figure is printed beside it so the conversion is checkable rather than a black box. Scored on what each vendor publishes, not on how the product feels in use. Editorial dimensions last reviewed 2026-08-30.

Report depth vs remediation work

Report analysis: genuine parity on the evidence layer

DMARC 25 is built around the job that begins when aggregate reports arrive. TwoFive describes a web-based service that collects XML DMARC reports, aggregates the results, and presents the data in dashboards and charts. The current feature list includes domain-level views, sending-host aggregation by source IP or organization domain, report-data detail, and domain-group analysis. It also covers authentication results for DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and ARC. A team that needs to understand which systems are sending and how those systems authenticate will find real overlap with Palisade's reporting surface. Source (2026-08-26)

That parity matters because the choice is not between useful data and no data. Both products can give an operator a place to inspect authentication evidence. The distinction comes after visibility: DMARC 25's public material emphasizes dashboards, classifications, charts, and reports, while Palisade's agent investigates every sender, drafts every fix, and proposes each policy step. Your team still approves the change in Palisade, but the work presented for review is meant to be more complete than a report queue. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

Policy simulation vs guided action

Alerts and policy simulation: decision support for an operator-led workflow

DMARC 25 adds two useful controls around the report view. Its policy simulator estimates what may happen before changing a domain from p=none to quarantine or reject. Its daily alert settings can notify an administrator based on conditions such as failure rate, failure count, or comparison with the previous day. The Professional plan also lists weekly reports, so a team can use recurring signals to decide when a sender or policy needs attention. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

DMARC 25, from its own site

The public workflow still places the DNS and policy action with the customer or its service provider. TwoFive's quick-start instructions describe applying for the service, receiving an account and report address, and setting that report address in the target domain's DNS. The English FAQ also documents multiple report addresses, forwarding from an existing mailbox, and past-report upload. Those are practical ways to start or run an overlap period, but the public pages do not advertise an agent that writes the authentication configuration or progresses the policy without an operator. Palisade's agent is aimed at that work between evidence and approval. Source (2026-08-26)

Consulting support vs price clarity

Consulting, add-ons, and the quote-led buying motion

TwoFive presents DMARC 25 as both a product and a service relationship. The current page separates Standard from Professional and lists additional capabilities such as forensic analysis, SPF management, diagnostic consulting, and weekly reports. Its broader materials describe DMARC introduction consultation and training, including help with the DNS parameters, subdomain considerations, and SPF and DKIM context. That combination fits an organization that wants a report platform with access to specialists when the authentication program needs guidance. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

DMARC/25 Analyze SPF management screen with current and generated SPF records, include details, length counters, and edit controls
DMARC 25, from its own site

The tradeoff is price visibility. TwoFive's current page does not publish a monetary rate for either named plan, a per-domain schedule, or a volume schedule. It does publish a one-month free trial for monitoring, which gives a prospective customer a low-commitment way to begin the report workflow, but the commercial decision still requires a quote. Palisade makes a different choice: IT teams can select a published monthly sending-volume tier, while MSPs receive portfolio-based per-client-domain pricing. Internal fit vs MSP operations

Internal IT and MSP fit: check the operating boundary

DMARC 25's documented domain groups, sending-host views, report alerts, and optional consulting make it a reasonable narrow fit for an internal security or messaging team that wants structured evidence and expert support. It is especially relevant when Japanese-language consultation or a Japan-based service relationship is part of the buying requirement. The product page also documents two-factor authentication and upload, which can matter when a team is bringing existing report history into a new analysis workflow. Source (2026-08-26) Source 2 (2026-08-26)

For an MSP, the public evidence needs a careful reading. TwoFive's materials mention domains and groups, but they do not advertise a native PSA catalogue, client-domain billing model, or white-label MSP program for DMARC 25. That does not establish that no such arrangement exists; it means the public product material does not verify it. Palisade's MSP offer is explicit about multi-tenant operations, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, and Autotask integrations, per-client-domain pricing, no client email metering, and an agent that prepares the investigation and configuration work for review. Dashboard access vs programmatic access

DMARC/25's dashboard downloads, with no published API or MCP server

TwoFive presents DMARC/25 Analyze as a cloud service for collecting, visualizing, and analyzing DMARC reports in web-based dashboards. Its current feature and plan lists include report analysis, alerts, policy simulation, downloads, upload, and consulting. Standard lists Download, while Professional lists Bulk Download. Those published pages do not advertise a REST or GraphQL API reference, an MCP server, an AI-assistant integration, AI or machine-learning remediation, webhooks, a data feed, or scheduled exports (checked 2026-08-27). How DMARC 25 prices

  • The current product page does not publish a monetary price, usage rate, domain limit, or annual-billing discount; those details require a conversation with TwoFive (checked 2026-08-26).
  • The Professional plan lists diagnostic consulting as paid, SPF management as paid, and forensic report analysis as a separate contract. The public page does not give prices for those services (checked 2026-08-26).
  • TwoFive's English FAQ and current product page both advertise a one-month free trial for DMARC report monitoring (checked 2026-08-26).
  • The older public brochure describes historical plan boundaries and retention periods, but it does not provide a current monetary price. Current plan names and feature distinctions above follow the current product page.

How Palisade prices

  • Palisade publishes a Free plan for one domain and up to 1,000 emails per month, plus flat monthly IT-team plans of $19, $29, $59, $99, and $249 by sending-volume tier. Annual billing is 20% lower.
  • Paid IT tiers cap set-up domains at 2, 3, 6, 10, or 20 by tier. Adding domains is free and unlimited; only the domains you set up count against the tier.
  • Palisade's MSP pricing is portfolio-based per client domain, with a rate that improves as the portfolio grows. Client email volume is not metered, and the MSP's own domain is included as a free Not-For-Resale license.
  • Palisade offers a 15-day full-product trial without a credit card. The Free plan keeps 14 days of report history, while paid plans have unlimited retention.

DMARC 25 · Overview

DMARC 25, officially DMARC/25 Analyze, is a cloud service from TwoFive for collecting, visualizing, and analyzing DMARC authentication reports. It aggregates report data in web dashboards and charts, with views for domains, sending hosts, report detail, and DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and ARC authentication results.

The service is aimed at teams that need report analysis, alerting, policy simulation, and optional consulting. TwoFive publishes Standard and Professional plan names, but its public product page does not publish monthly or annual prices. It offers a one-month free trial for DMARC report monitoring, while paid services include diagnostic consulting, SPF management, and forensic report analysis.

Palisade · Overview

Palisade is built around an agent that does the DMARC work rather than reporting on it. It identifies every sending source, drafts the SPF and DKIM changes each one needs, and proposes the next policy step when the evidence supports it.

The agent investigates every sender, drafts every fix, and proposes each policy step, you approve before anything ships.

DMARC 25 · What it covers
  • Provides a web dashboard for DMARC aggregate report monitoring
  • Provides DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and ARC authentication-result charts
  • Provides domain and host grouping with source-IP visibility
  • Provides threshold-based alerts and scheduled reports
  • Provides pre-change DMARC policy simulation
Palisade · What it covers
  • The agent investigates senders and drafts the fix, so the work arrives prepared rather than as a list of findings
  • Hosted SPF, DKIM and DMARC on redundant managed DNS, so an approved change can be carried out rather than handed off
  • Portfolio workflow for MSPs, with ConnectWise, HaloPSA and Autotask integrations and a free NFR domain
  • An MCP server and a REST API, so the same data and workflow are reachable from the AI tools a team already uses
DMARC 25 · Where it stops
  • Does not advertise an AI agent that investigates senders, drafts authentication fixes, and proposes policy steps
  • Does not publish monetary pricing for Standard or Professional plans
  • Does not advertise native ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask integrations
  • Does not advertise MSP-focused multi-tenant client management or white-label reporting
  • Does not advertise a managed DNS service for publishing DMARC or DKIM changes
Palisade · Where it stops
  • Every policy change waits for a human approval, by design: nothing ships on the agent's own authority
  • MSP pricing is quoted per client domain rather than published as a rate card
  • Plans are sized by monthly email volume, so a low-domain, high-volume sender lands on a higher tier than domain count alone suggests

Questions

Palisade vs DMARC 25: FAQ

What is DMARC 25?

DMARC 25 is TwoFive's cloud service for aggregating, visualizing, and analyzing DMARC authentication reports. The current product page calls the service DMARC/25 Analyze and lists domain, sending-host, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, ARC, alert, simulation, and reporting features.

Does DMARC 25 monitor DMARC reports?

Yes. It collects and aggregates XML DMARC reports, presents web-based dashboards and charts, and can show results by domain, sending host, source IP, and authentication mechanism. TwoFive also documents report forwarding and historical report upload.

Does DMARC 25 have a free trial?

Yes. TwoFive advertises a one-month free trial for monitoring DMARC reports. The public pages do not state a free plan after that trial.

How much does DMARC 25 cost?

TwoFive's public product page names Standard and Professional plans but does not publish monetary prices. It directs prospective customers to contact the company. The same page lists some Professional services, including consulting, SPF management, and forensic analysis, as paid or separately contracted.

Does DMARC 25 automatically move a domain to p=reject?

The public DMARC 25 pages document policy simulation, alerts, report analysis, and consulting, but do not advertise an AI agent that investigates senders and carries policy changes to p=reject. The quick-start flow asks the customer to set the supplied report address in DNS. Palisade's agent drafts the authentication work and proposes each policy step for your approval.

Does DMARC 25 integrate with ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask?

TwoFive's public DMARC 25 product and download pages do not advertise native integrations with ConnectWise, HaloPSA, or Autotask. If PSA ticketing or a defined MSP client workflow is a requirement, confirm the exact arrangement with TwoFive before purchase.

Can DMARC 25 and Palisade receive reports at the same time?

Yes. DMARC reporting supports multiple report destinations, and TwoFive documents multiple report addresses. You can compare both products during an overlap period, then keep one operating workflow after you have reviewed the differences in sender evidence and remediation effort.

Switching from DMARC 25 takes three steps

  1. 1

    Inventory the existing report path

List the domains, current rua destinations, policy stages, and senders you already understand before adding Palisade to the workflow.

  2. 2

    Run both platforms in parallel

DMARC reporting supports multiple recipients, so you can send reports to Palisade and DMARC 25 during the overlap window while comparing sender and alignment findings.

  3. 3

Move the remediation workflow when ready

Let Palisade's agent investigate senders and draft SPF and DKIM work, then approve each policy step before retiring the previous report-analysis workflow.

Our onboarding team handles the technical transition with you.
