Best DMARC report analyzers

DMARC aggregate (RUA) reports arrive as zipped XML from every receiver, and nobody reads them by hand at any real volume. The leading choices differ by workflow: Palisade for agent-drafted remediation, dmarcian for visual analysis, Suped for guided self-service, and Postmark for email digests. An analyzer parses the files, groups data by sending source, and shows which mail passes SPF and DKIM alignment and which fails; we compared what each analysis includes, what it costs, and how far it goes beyond charts toward reviewed remediation.

Methodology

How we compared the field

One method, applied to every vendor

We compared the seven platforms below on sender identification, SPF and DKIM alignment analysis, report-history retention, alerting, and the remediation path after a problem is found. Pricing, free access, and hosted records provide the commercial and operational context.

Every fact on this page comes from the vendor's own website (pricing pages and product docs) and was checked on the date shown beside each claim. Where a vendor doesn't publish something, we say so instead of guessing, and each claim links to the source we verified it against.

This is a published-facts comparison, not a paid hands-on lab test of every platform. Palisade appears first because it's our roundup; the competitor entries stay factual, cited, and non-disparaging so the comparison stands on its own.

Evaluation criteria

  • Sender identification: does the analyzer name the sending service behind each source?
  • Authentication analysis: does it explain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and alignment results per sender?
  • History and alerting: how long is report data retained, and are new failures surfaced?
  • Remediation: does the product stop at charts, guide the fix, or draft changes for human approval?
  • Access and operations: what is free, is pricing published, and can approved fixes use hosted records?

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a DMARC report analyzer?

A DMARC report analyzer ingests the aggregate (RUA) XML reports that mail receivers send for your domain, parses them, and aggregates the rows by sending source. Instead of thousands of XML fragments, you see which services send as your domain, how much mail each sends, and whether that mail passes SPF and DKIM alignment, which is the evidence you need before tightening your DMARC policy.

Can I read DMARC reports without a tool?

Technically yes: they're XML files, usually zipped, delivered by email. In practice it doesn't scale past a trickle. Every reporting receiver sends its own files daily, one domain can produce dozens of them, and no single file shows the cross-receiver picture. An analyzer exists to do that aggregation for you.

How is this list ranked?

This is Palisade's roundup, so Palisade appears first and we are transparent about that. Every factual claim about another vendor comes from that vendor's own website on the date shown beside it, so you can verify each claim and judge the analyzers yourself.
